To improve your bike’s safety, lock it to a fixed object with both a chain lock and a U-lock.
It is possible to end the e-bike rental mid-contract, provided I pay the fee corresponding to the remaining monthly payments until the end of the commitment.
Make sure to check the assistance level on the display, confirm that the battery is properly connected, and check the battery charge level.
Most VelyVelo bikes are equipped with internally geared hubs. Unlike a traditional derailleur, this means you don’t need to shift gears while pedaling. You can change gears while stopped or while riding without pedaling.
To turn on the bike lights and the control screen, press the ON and UP buttons on the display simultaneously.
Our long range electric bike comes with a lock located on the rear wheel. This lock, attached to the frame, secures the rear wheel of the bike. It’s very convenient for quick stops when there’s no nearby attachment point. In addition to this lock, we can provide a chain that connects to the lock. We also offer a folding or standard U-lock.
No, you can park your VelyVelo bike on the street if you wish. But don’t forget your lock and to remove the battery.
No, it isn’t necessary as your professional e-bike’s battery is removable. Charge it whenever and wherever you like! ⚡️
